The USAPA recently released a 2018 revised set of tournament rules. These rules go into effect on January 31, 2018
From the USAPA…
We are pleased to present the 2018 USAPA\IFP Official Tournament Rulebook! This revised rulebook has been 2 years in the making and is a result of countless hours of volunteer time from the USAPA Rules Committee and careful review by the USAPA Board of Directors. In this finished product, we feel that significant strides have been made including:
- Clarification of many rules through better wording.
- Addition of an index.
- More pictures/diagrams.
- Reorganization of many chapters for better overall flow.
The new rules go into effect January 31, 2018. If you are participating in a sanctioned tournament that overlaps this date, the tournament will be using the updated rules.
To aid in recognizing and understanding the key rule changes, we are also releasing the 2018 Major Rulebook Revisions document. This document is not intended to cover every wording change, but is designed to guide you through the significant rule
changes.
