Wow! It’s hard to believe that December is almost upon us. We are rapidly approaching the first local tournament at Colts Neck Racquet Club. I wanted to encourage all of you Advanced Beginners to sign up if you haven’t already. This is a great opportunity to test your skills against other players that you might not play with every day. You can rest assured that you’ll be playing other players that are at your level and it’s a great opportunity to meet new people and learn. This group is targeted at the 2.0 – 2.5 players (see skill level ratings for more information). I hope to see you there.

I can’t guarantee you’ll find a partner, but also figured it can’t hurt to provide a way for people to connect.
Weatherwise, it looks as though it will be in the 50’s for the early part of the week. Hopefully, this will get many of you out for one of the nights at the fort or the Y (see last week’s post for more information).

Last week’s poll was about weight loss. It would seem that many people have lost a few pounds, but most of us have stayed about the same. I do wonder if you’re like me and say that now that I’ve worked out for 1 1/2 hours that I can justify eating that bacon cheeseburger.
