As we settle into the dog days of summer and find many people missing due to vacations, there are still a number of things to share.
Community YMCA
In case you missed it, the Community YMCA had its pickleball grand opening last Friday. It was fantastic to see so much support (over 40 people showed up to play). Barry and his team delivered great news as well, announcing their pickleball options that go into effect September 1. We will post program information on the site as soon as it’s announced.
That means that the current open play schedule is in effect for the remainder of August. Come on down and take advantage of the dedicated pickleball courts at any time during the day/evening or during open play. See the calendar or the Community YMCA page for hours.
NJ Senior Olympics
There are a number of teams from the area that have signed up to play in the NJ Senior Olympics. As the teams prepare for the tournament, many will ask to play together during open play. While not always possible, please do your best to support this and bring your “A” game.

I am blown away by the support and positive comments that I’ve received about the website. Since launching the site back in late June, there have been over 500 unique visitors to the site with over 5,700 page views. Thank you for all of your feedback.
