In partnership with Network Events, Inc that produces the WNBC 4 and Telemundo 47 Health & Fitness Expo, USAPA will have the unique chance to demonstrate pickleball to the public attending this event.

DATE:     Saturday, June 23rd & Sunday June 24th

PLACE:   MetLife Giant Stadium, Rutherford, NJ

Time:       8am – 5pm for the 2 days

This event will be the “tipping point” for pickleball in the metro New York, New Jersey, Nassau & Suffolk Counties and southern Connecticut area. Many volunteers will be needed over the course these two days!

Volunteer activities will include:

  • Greeting the public

  • Managing the flow of visitors

  • Answering questions about pickleball (e.g., rules, where to play, how to find lessons)

  • Scheduled demonstrations and basic coaching

Volunteers will be divided into morning (8AM – 1PM) and afternoon (1PM – 5PM) shifts.
